Mu Koh Chang Marine National Park scuba dive sites in Thailand

The diversity of marine life amongst turquoise waters offers some of the most beautiful coral reefs in Thailand.

Mu Koh Chang National Park consists of 52 islands containing diverse and important ecosystems and biological resources. Many of these islands are uninhabited and the are is strictly regulated against commercial fishing, therefore diving experience here is very special. This area is considered to be one of the last unspoiled paradises of Thailand.
Divers can enjoy well preserved marine life and bright coral gardens from October to May. During the dives, you can expect to find anemones, butterfly fish, wrasse, titan triggerfish, schools of groupers, trumpetfish, clownfish jellyfish, schools of snappers, sweetlips and more.
During the season diving conditions are good and the visibility is around 20 meters. It’s not advised to dive off-the-season period as heavy rains decrease visibility making diving unenjoyable, therefore, many diving schools are not offering trips during this part of the year.
